GEMS CLUB RULES
Welcome to GEMS CLUB, we have rules and guidelines we hope you will follow as a member to GEMS. This is a member's only club and event.
Giving out event information, such as specific location etc, to non-members is strictly prohibited and is cause for membership termination
1-Admission is restricted to adults 21 and over only. ALL members must respect the rules. Clothes must be worn when you in the public eye such as hallways, lobby, going to and from rooms. Use common sense!!
2-NO means NO! Everyone must respect another member’s wishes!
3-If you wish contact with the other members then address them polite and directly. No unwanted contact or you will be removed and banned from this and further events. Females are the ones that should initiate the initial contact. Males are not permitted to initiate an initial contact.
4-Use of illegal drugs and prostitution are forbidden by law. Any laws being broken are not permitted at our events. It will lead to being banned from the premises and can lead to prosecution by the police.
5-Excessive use of alcohol is forbidden. Obnoxious members will be asked to leave. Members who arrive drunk will not be allowed to enter the club.
6-Dress to impress! Sports clothes, shorts, etc are not acceptable unless in theme. Every day sexy dress is expected.
7-Taking pictures is not allowed. Cameras and mobile phones are forbidden. No recording devices of any type are permitted. No cell phones are permitted out in the event. Leave event if you must use them.
8- Please follow all directions given by any staff or you will be banned. IF you were to have a problem with anyone or anything, it is your responsibility to notify staff to help you. DO NOT take matters into your own hands.
9- If you are affiliated or work for media or law enforcement you must notify the Club prior to membership. This is a Private CLUB, not for public media or illegal activity. We respect others rights to privacy including yours.
10- Our private event is just that PRIVATE, don’t give out information about it to anyone. Do not INVITE anyone; if they are not on the member list then they DON’T get in, NO exceptions!! Some people are not invited for a reason.
11- We are BYOB, we do not serve alcohol, we provide mixers only. Small coolers are acceptable but please limit the size.
12- Do NOT engage in ADULT PLAY outside in the public eye to where you would be considered part of the event as to draw attention to unwanted circumstances. Remember to respect others during an event. DO NOT TOUCH ANOTHER PERSON WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. The party is not a sex party. Activities in your hotel room are your personal business. Once you are approved as a member you acknowledge that you agree to all above rules and guidelines given by the Club. The club is held harmless for any damages to or loss of personal property during club events. Also the club is held harmless for damages or harm to you during the club event including any drama or incidents you cause or participate in through verbal arguments or physical fights both domestic and social. The Club and the owner's are held harmless from damages from falling from dancing or any personal injury received at an event. Your participation is your business as to what you do or who you meet at the club. The information you share to the club is confidential and will not be released. As a member you should not share about other members to the public. The Club and it's owner's are held harmless to what other's say or share about you. The club will not tolerate drama, please keep that to yourself and take it outside and far away from club event. If you break a rule of the Club you can be removed and banned from future events or club outings. Any money donations or hotel costs you have spent could be lost if you break the rules without return or compensation. Having fun and meeting friends is encouraged!
** Additional EVENT ENTRY RULES
1) You must be 21 or over to register for this event.
2) You warrant that, if you are a police officer, government investigator or agent of any kind, you are registering and attending this event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that if the foregoing statement should prove to be false, you are investigating any of the guests or management of the event without disclosing your official capacity or purpose, and that your presence at this event, is an entry into private premises without consent, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; you further warrant that you are attending at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment. You stipulate that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for the illegal taking of evidence or invasion of privacy which embarrasses the guest or management or which results in legal process, civil or criminal, against any of the guests or management is $100,000 per intrusion, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each guest or management against whom the investigation is targeted or against whom civil or criminal process is brought, including execution of a search warrant. A final award under this subparagraph shall not prevent a subsequent proceeding if charges are thereafter filed against a guest or the management, but the first award shall be an offset against the later award.
3) You represent that, if you are a member of the press (including television & radio), you are registering as a guest if this event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that, if the foregoing statement proves to be false, you are here at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment; that you are violating the rights of the guests and management to privacy under common law and the U.S. Constitution, and that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for any published report made which portrays or describes the activities of any guest or management is ten dollars ($10) times the number of readers or viewers of any medium which publishes the report, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each guest or manager named in the report or described in such a way as to permit identification of the guest or manager by application of the description to publicly available information.
